Copper Tin Silver Alloy

Silver-copper alloy is a binary alloy of silver and copper, and copper has a strengthening effect. Its varieties are AgCu3, AgCu7.5, AgCul0, AgCu28 and AgCu55 alloys. The ingot can be cold processed into sheet, sheet and wire after homogenization and annealing by vacuum medium frequency furnace.

It has good electrical conductivity, fluidity and wettability, good mechanical properties, wear resistance and welding resistance. There is a tendency to segregate. For air circuit breakers, voltage controllers, telephone relays, contactors, starters and other devices contact, conductive ring and fixed contact plate. Vacuum filler metal can also be used to make coins, decorations and tableware.
