Copper magnesium alloy is a common metal alloy, which is composed of copper and magnesium two metals mixed in a certain proportion, and the commonly used magnesium content is 0.2%.
Copper-magnesium alloy has higher softening temperature than pure copper, and has good creep, stress relaxation and fatigue resistance.
Copper magnesium alloy also has good mechanical properties, wear resistance and fusion welding resistance, mainly used as high voltage, high current relay contact and light, medium load circuit electrical contact, used as brazing material mainly AgCu7.5, AgCu25, AgCu28, AgCu55, and so on, with AgCu28 widely used. With good conductivity, fluidity and wettability, it is widely used in electric vacuum industry. Due to the resistance of long-term load under high temperature, it is only suitable for brazing parts with working temperature below 400℃.
